Tim Fort’s Kinetic Art

Tim Fort’s work is a cross between domino wizardry and a Rube Goldberg machine, kind of like a living Domino Rally meets Honda Cog. The piece in the video above actually shifts gears near the end, sending canvassed rows of popsicle sticks flying in the air like some kind of kinetic pyrotechnics display. Kinetitechnics. Heh. Many more videos are available of other performances and the various techniques or “gadgets” he employs.
